Situation

SEGA was going through a tough time trying to find a identity for themselves within the marketplace. The video game consol industry has seen fierce competition and SEGA had a strategic mission to re-position and identify themselves as a premier game developer.

Result
Synergy / Epic Point was brought in to deliver on multiple deliverables including an annual report that was designed to reposition themselves to shareholders and other company stakeholders.
