Startec Canada is a nationwide long distance service provider with a national customer base of over 130,000 clients.

Situation
Part of Startec's marketing strategy involves partnering with other reselling companyies. In a global setting, resellers have virtually hundreds of worldwide long distance companyies to choose from, Startec needed to get noticed.

Result
Synergy was brought on to develop a communications strategy that was to be implemented at various trade shows. Our first goal was differenting what Startec had to offer versus the other competitors. We choose to primarily focus on the destination and support that with the Startec's credibility in Canada. With a tight budget in mind, a small display was developed, supported with an information guide and followed up with an emailed presentation. Startec continues to employ this strategy, sign on new partners and open new doors of opportunity.
