0 | Discovery / Planning
Establish the parameters of the project, basic requirements
gathering suitable for the next phase's plan and cost
estimation. This is a recursive phase injected between
each of the subsequent phases as necessary. By using
the Project Plan, we are able to accurately define the
scope of the engagement, quantify the analysis, detail
the requirements, plan accordingly and estimate each
follow-on phase more precisely. This effectively reduces
undue financial exposure for our clients and keeps the
direction of the strategy and creative deliverables
in tight control.

1 | Strategy (Marketing)
To discover and define the current marketplace situation,
company and business objectives and brand characteristics.
From here we create an execution strategy and develop
a Creative Brief. The Creative Brief is a brand foundation
document used to guide and enhance our abilities to
facilitate the proceeding concept phase.

2 | Concept (Design)
This is where the content and design elements are creatively
brought together. We consider that each future marketing
channel or deliverable will efficiently utilize the
Creative Brief in order to increase the effectiveness
and connection of each of the channels and deliverables
to the brand and overall marketing strategy.

3 | Development (Production)
This phase executes on the developed strategy as created
in the previous phases. Complete project management
from conception to delivery and in-house production
methods ensure control over the entire projects direction,
quality, consistency, timing and overall pricing.

4 | Assessment
Continuous evaluation of the project at every stage
ensures a well-planned and successfully executed conclusion.
Established measurement techniques and project feedback
is considered in order to enhance future results.
