Mike Dahlstedt | President
With an early career in graphic design and graphics production, Mike learned the basics of marketing communications and business development from the ground up. His education includes credentials in both graphic design and marketing communications from separate polytechnic institutes. Over the course of his career, Mike has played a lead role in the development and operations of several successful business endeavors, including countless successful client commissioned projects, real estate projects, franchise systems and online based developments.
In 2002, Mike started Synergy Visuals with a focus on small business development and has since leveraged his internal company resources to join in a residual success of select clients through joint venture and exclusive distributor / supplier agreements. Mike's true strengths have always lied in marketing communications, both planning and executing, but he also brings a strong background in business systems design and operations

Simon Chang | Creative Director

Lorin Yakiwchuk | VP Business Development
Lorin's early start in the newspaper industry at age 11 spurred his interest in businesses. Since then, he has always sought new challenges and thrives on building business from the ground up. Lorin knows that being surrounded by talented colleagues and clients excites the potential for impressive reults and his proven track record is backed by instinct, logic and years of experience. When he's not working or tending to his garden, Lorin - a consummate storyteller - enjoys spending time with family and friends.
